The feature kit
One shared set of live components — player, chat & Q&A, vote, tip, PPV gate, and all-access pass — running across a responsive web app and native iOS and Android, day one.
Live components
The same live components ship across a responsive web app and native iOS/Android — only the colorway changes across the brand family.
Adaptive live and on-demand playback across every session track, on any device.
Ask, upvote, and surface the top question to the moderator — the conference-specific core.
Paid votes shape the agenda live, with tallies that update the moment the ledger commits.
Credit-based tips to speakers, with alerts that can appear on the broadcast overlay.
Unlock a single premium session or workshop with one server-verified purchase.
Every session live plus the on-demand archive, from a single per-conference purchase.
Security model
The streaming engine encrypts live and on-demand sessions so only authorized buyers can watch — the same protection used by major broadcasters, without paying a third-party platform a revenue share.
License delivery covers FairPlay (Apple), Widevine (Google), and PlayReady (Microsoft), so every attendee device is handled automatically. Because DRM is native, nearly all pass and ticket revenue is retained.
The viewer flow
Wallet — a ledger, not a number
Paid engagement
Attendees buy credits once and spend them on tips to speakers, paid votes on the agenda, and highlighted questions. Revenue equals a platform cut of every spend plus breakage on unspent credits.
Balances live in an append-only ledger, every spend is atomic and idempotent, and money is counted in integer credits — no floats, no double-spend on rapid taps. Speakers are paid out with KYC and tax forms handled for them.
AI reel & archive pipeline
The engine records every session. That recording feeds two outputs: short promotional clips for social, and the polished on-demand archive that pass holders keep.
A local recording is ready after each session; highlight moments are auto-selected with animated captions in 9:16 and 16:9.
Clips are ranked by predicted engagement; you approve the keynote highlight, a speaker quote, and a teaser.
Clean transcripts, captions, and a branded end card; the full session lands in the on-demand library.
Promo clips publish across platforms at optimal times; engage in the first 60 minutes after each post.
Retention
Social algorithms decide who sees your content. SMS is a direct, owned channel to everyone who has bought a pass, registered, or attended — roughly a 98% open rate, typically read within three minutes.
Geofencing adds venue check-in for hybrid events, regional tracks, and local offers — always evaluated server-side, never trusting a client-only location. Consent is logged with timestamp, copy, and source, and STOP is honored immediately.
Geofencing levels
One player, chat, vote, tip, and gate — recolored across every brand, ready for your next conference.
